Neahkahnie Mountain Letterbox

On Monday 11/13/2000 I went up Neahkanie Mountain and found the
letterbox there. It was a gorgeous day on the Oregon Coast and I was
elated to find Cara Pinyon's box there! I wanted to e-mail her and
tell her how much fun I had finding it, but I must have written her e-
mail down wrong because all my messages have been rejected. Anyway,
what a fun find! The view from up there was spectacular. My mate and
I just started this new "sport" last weekend. We're planning on
carving and planting some letter boxes of our own out this way in Der
Mad Stamper & Thom Cheney Territory!

Looks like we're finally building up steam here in Oregon!! Winter
letterboxing in the mist and light rain is lots of fun up here... very
Dartmoorish!!!!
